If you want to see the summary results Users simply go to any list, users, and you'll see all the topics on which the user answered and asked questions. If you know your user ID, you can simply follow the link:

You can also use a link like http://15-51.com/uidxxxuuuxxx for posting to blogs, social networks, e-mails or in CV paper that would draw attention to the results of a particular user, and possibly their results
