If you are a manager of a group, you have the right to join a group of new entrants, in accordance with their requests. To do this you need to go to the group page to which you are running, and click on the link “request to join.” On the next page you will find a list of requests, sorted by date of filing the request, so that most new requests will be at the top of the list. Selecting the query from the list, you can see additional information and decide whether to join the group, filed the request. In the case of joining click on the “add” in case of failure, go to “deny”. In case of refusal to join you will be prompted to specify the reason for refusal. Of course you do not have to do it, but if you just want that the user had corrected the information about yourself, and write to him about it.

Users are not always those for whom they claim to be. Please check the information of the user who submitted the request to other communication channels, for example, you can call the user to know in advance you call, or ask him in person at the meeting, the ID in the system. Try to avoid re-joining the group of users - it may make it harder for you to determine their comparative level of knowledge.
