Topic's rules

The most important part of topic description is rules, through which, users and members of the expert council will be able to unequivocally say: whether question on topic or not. Typically, rules are compiled in a list of open questions on the stated theme. And in the future, users may complain about certain issues does not match the theme, if the expert council would support such an appeal, the issue is not an appropriate topic will be removed from the rotation. Please note the rules are not contradictory within itself, and to conform to the rules of the theme topic name, and abstract.

After entering the rules, you can not, in future, change them, for this we recommend to prepare the rules in a text editor, a few times to thoroughly test them and just copy the input field.
