Your appeal will go on the expert council for a vote, and if the expert council agree with you, the wrong question will be removed from the rotation, your rating will be increased, and the ratings of the author's question and the users respond to it earlier, but noticed an error reduced. Be careful when filing an appeal, if the expert council does not agree with you, your rating will be reduced by the complexity of the question
