If you are a manager of a group, you have the right to join a group of new entrants, in accordance with their requests. To do this you need to go to the group page to which you are running, and click on the link “request to join.” On the next page you will find a list of requests, sorted by date of filing the request, so that most new requests will be at the top of the list. Selecting the query from the list, you can see additional information and decide whether to join the group, filed the request. In the case of joining click on the “add” in case of failure, go to “deny”. In case of refusal to join you will be prompted to specify the reason for refusal. Of course you do not have to do it, but if you just want that the user had corrected the information about yourself, and write to him about it.
